Italian list-broker for direct marketing : postal addresses, mailing lists, email, telemarketing

There are 3 options offered by DBU's owner to match and clean
phone numbers with robinson (registro delle opposizioni = R.O.)

1) The list owner is in charge to manage the file and clean phone numbers with R.O. The list owner approves the script, and select his call center.
The supply cleaned is sent to the call center.

Here an example of quotation for 5000 calls :

• match and clean with R.O.
• script during 1 minute
• supply of the list with all phone numbers contacted, answers and results.
• calls from 9 to 20
• 3 attempts in order to talk with the target.
• The cost is 11,200 € ( excluding list rental costs )

2) The list owner supplies the list to the user.

a) the user is member of R.O. In this case the list owner elaborate
the list with R.O. This operation costs 150€. Others costs are in charge to the final user.
b) the user in not member of R.O. In this case the list owner enrols the user in the register and matches and cleans the file. This operation costs 150€ + 200€ for enrolment. Others costs are in charge to the final user.

3) The list owner supplies the file, the user becomes owners of data and he will filter data with R.O. and he is in charge to manage them correctly.
In this case the unique cost is the list rental.
