Rules for sending E-mails.

The list owner must:

1. Pre-approve the message.
2. Send the e-mail campaign (after approval).
3. Draw up a report with the results (openings - click).
4. Manage all privacy policy and data protection issues.

The customer must provide the owner of the list with the artwork in HTML format and all the ancillary information such as:

1. The name that appears in the 'from' field of the message and the 'subject'.
2. Whether the message is personalised.
3. The e-mail addresses of where to send the tests.
4. The date of dispatch of the DEM, which will be in accordance with the internal availability of the owner.

Two days are required for testing from receipt of the material in HTML format.
