In the second/third part of the privacy policy we go further into the rules for collecting data in order to rent/swap addresses.

People must be informed of:

  • The purpose of third-party use of their data.
  • The opportunity to object

Thus in order to market a list these three concepts must be communicated in addition to basic information:

1- We will send you attractive distance offers from other companies'.
The purpose.
2- If you do not want to receive attractive distance offers from other companies please say so'.
The opportunity to object.
3- Would you like to receive other attractive offers from other companies via e-mail?
() yes () no. Consent given via e-mail/text message/telephone.

In the case of silence/non-response by the consumer : the mailing address can be used (reference: the 'milleproroghe' law, that is, the annual decree extending the life of various government measures), while the e-mail address and telephone number cannot be used.

The customer can exercise the rights listed above at any time and with ease, via a simple request to the data processing manager: ..............

In the case of e-mail marketing, since the owner sends the message, it is the latter who is responsible for managing all aspects of privacy including the privacy policy.
