Rules of telemarketing
Provided that all the lists with telephone numbers must been collected
in opt-in, but ther is an exception. From March 2011 we can use phone numbers coming from directiories (DBU). It's compulsory to match phone numbers with a Robinson list called " registro delle opposizioni".
